The colour is pale ruby. On the nose at first a little bit of vinaigrette, typical of natural wines. With some air, this disturbing element disappears and way more pleasant aromas of sour and red cherries appear. In the mouth light, but well balanced. The aftertaste is discretely fruity and last for some time. 
The colour is medium ruby with a tendency to garnet. On the nose black berries, plumbs, liquorice, and cacao. In the mouth light with a drying and bitter finish. The aftertaste is rather short.
The colour is deep brown. On the nose mainly spices, a lot of them! It is like walking in a bazar in the Middle East, and at the same time in a cigar factory in Cuba. In the mouth very thick, velvety and savoury. On the finish coffee and chocolate that last for a very, very long aftertaste.
The colour is medium gold. The bubbles very subtle. On the nose vinous and nutty notes. In the mouth refreshing, with an aftertaste that last quite a while.
