The colour is medium straw, the perlage fine and persistent. On the nose citrus and green apple. In the mouth citrusy, with an aftertaste that last for quite a while.

This Champagne Premier Crus is a blend of 51% Petit Meslier, 46% Chardonnay and 3% Arbanne.

Frontón de Oro Vertierra 2020

The colour is pale ruby. On the nose dried figs and blackberries. In the mouth light, with a bitter finish. The aftertaste is short.

This red wine is made with Vijariego grapes under the Gran Canaria DO. Vijariego Negro is a little-known red grape variety indigenous to the Canary Islands. Frontón de Oro Albillo 2021

The colour is pale yellow. On the nose notes of citrus and white flowers. In the mouth medium bodied, well balanced, and pleasant. Unfortunately, the aftertaste is rather short.

This white wine is made under the Gran Canaria Denominación de Origen. This designation’s Canarian wines are produced throughout the whole island. Bodegas Dominguez Tinto 2019

The colour is medium garnet. On the nose game and vegetables. In the mouth rustic, with a short aftertaste.

This red wine is made under the Tacoronte-Acentejo DO, the oldest Denominación de Origen of the Canary Islands. Established in 1992, nowadays this DO accounts for one fifth of the wine production of the Canary Islands. Yaiza Blanco Seco 2022

The colour is pale straw. On the nose pineapple, mango, banana and golden apple. In the mouth very fresh. The aftertaste is medium long.

This white wine is made with Malvasía Volcánica grapes by Vega de Yuco in Lanzarote, the easternmost DO within the Spanish Canary Islands.

Agustí Torelló Mata Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2014

The colour is pale straw, with fine, long-lasting bubbles. On the nose baked apples, dried apricots and lactic notes. In the mouth refreshing, with a medium long aftertaste.

Les Terasses d’Aurelia 2018

The colour is medium garnet. On the nose mainly game. In the mouth balanced, with an aftertaste that last quite a while. A simple but enjoyable wine.

This red wine is made by Henri Bonnaud under the Palette AOC, the smallest Appellation of the Provence region in southern France. It was established in 1948 and is located near Aix-en-Provence.
