The colour is deep garnet, slightly clouded. On the nose bacon, ash, pepper, grilled meat. In the mouth balanced and tasty. The aftertaste last for quite a while.
The colour is pale copper, the perlage very fine but not very persistent. On the nose orange peels, candied fruits and apricot marmalade. In the mouth very fresh, with a distinctive taste that recalls oranges. The aftertaste is medium long. 
The colour is pale amber. On the nose acacia honey, apricot, mango. In the mouth rather rustic, with a disturbing bitter finish. The aftertaste is short. The style is that of a natural wine.
