On the nose it displays mild aromas of melon, mandarin and banana. In the mouth light, but balanced, with an agreeable finish. The aftertaste is very discrete, with the melon, the mandarin and the banana coming back to say goodbye.

On the nose boisé and earthy. It reminds of antique furniture and clay pot. In the mouth it still displays a good acidity, solid tannins and a decent aftertaste. On the nose, vinous with plum and sour cherry flavours. In the mouth, lean, acidic and slightly astringent, with a drying, sour finish. Not much aftertaste.

Lean and clean nose, with hints of fresh green foliage. In the mouth, crispy and mineral, with a finish dominated by citrus fruits that last through a fairly long aftertaste.

The nose is dominated by an aroma of apricot. In the mouth the wine displays a velvety texture and a light, but fairly long, aftertaste of the same sweet apricot first perceived on the nose.

On the nose, at first simpler than I expected, with spices prevailing over the black fruits flavours. Menthol and balsamic notes come forward and predominate the first impression. On the nose meaty and herbal notes. In the mouth a light and raw texture, a beeswax finish and not much of an aftertaste. To complement its mediocrity, the wine displays a pale and cloudy appearance. At 10.5% the alcohol content is surprisingly low for a red wine.

On the nose this Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze DOCG presents the apple and pear aroma (or white peach, depending on your point of reference) typical of Glera, the main grape variety used to produce Prosecco (at least 85% of the blend).

Very pleasant citrusy nose, accompanied by nutty notes. It reminds me of a weird mix of lemon and peanuts.
In the mouth, as pleasant as on the nose. Well balanced and with, for my taste, just the right amount of freshness.
