Touraine AOC Sauvignon Blanc Fournier Père et Fils 2022

The colour is pale straw. On the nose passion fruit, grapefruit, mineral notes and green bell pepper. In the mouth very fresh. The aftertaste has a savour of lime and is medium long.

Since 1926 Fournier Père et Fils is located in the wine-growing village of Chaudoux, at the heart of the Sancerre AOC, the easternmost of Loire Valley’s 51 appellations. Caldera 2023

The colour is pale gold. On the nose peach, cantaloupe, honey. In the mouth tasty and pleasantly refreshing, with an aftertaste that last for quite a while.

The colour is light gold. On the nose tropical aromas combined with notes of citrus and peach. In the mouth refreshing flavours of green apple and lemon. The aftertaste is medium long.

The colour is pale yellow. On the nose lime and honeydew. In the mouth refreshing. The aftertaste is short.

Benvenuto Orange 2022

The colour is pale copper. On the nose candied orange peel, peach, apricot. In the mouth light. The aftertaste is short.

This orange wine is made with 100% Zibibbo grapes macerated for over 40 days. Only 500 bottles a year are produced.

Dabuki Feldstein 2021

The colour is pale straw. On the nose citrusy and nutty notes. In the mouth mineral, with a taste of apples and peanuts. The aftertaste is rather short.

Researchers have identified more than 120 grapes indigenous to the geographical area around the Holy Land. These include Biblical era white varieties like Marawi (a.k.a. Hamdani), Jandali and Dabouki, red grapes like Baladi Asmar and Bittuni, and more modern crosses like Argaman (a cross between Carignan and the Portuguese grape Souzao). Frontón de Oro Albillo 2021

The colour is pale yellow. On the nose notes of citrus and white flowers. In the mouth medium bodied, well balanced, and pleasant. Unfortunately, the aftertaste is rather short.

This white wine is made under the Gran Canaria Denominación de Origen. This designation’s Canarian wines are produced throughout the whole island. Yaiza Blanco Seco 2022

The colour is pale straw. On the nose pineapple, mango, banana and golden apple. In the mouth very fresh. The aftertaste is medium long.

This white wine is made with Malvasía Volcánica grapes by Vega de Yuco in Lanzarote, the easternmost DO within the Spanish Canary Islands.

Resi 2021

The colour is pale straw. On the nose citrus, green apple, resin. In the mouth light, fresh and mineral. The aftertaste is rather short.

The Rèze is an ancient indigenous grape of Valais that has become a rarity. It is considered a par excellence high-Alpine grape variety. Around 1920, almost all vineyards of Valais fell victim to the American phylloxera pest. Prior to the phylloxera pandemic, Rèze was very common.
