Kairós 2016

The colour is deep ruby. On the nose very fruity (well matured dark fruits), with some herbs. In the mouth rich and savoury, with a lot of sensations, probably the result of using a wide variety of grapes. The aftertaste is medium long.

Osar 2006

The colour is very dark ruby, almost black. On the nose ripe blackberries and cola. In the mouth plenty of tannins. The slightly fruity and mainly drying aftertaste is pretty long.

Osar is made with 100% Oseleta grapes, an extremely rare red wine variety grown in the northwestern region of Veneto in Italy. The earliest documentation relating to Oseleta dates back only 150 years or so, but oral tradition in the region holds that the variety has been used there for many centuries. Dal Forno Romano Vigneto Monte Lodoletta Valpolicella Superiore 2010

On the nose primarily coffee, cacao and cherry. Some vegetable notes are also clearly detectable and they accompany you in the mouth till the end, with a rough feel that I personally find a bit disturbing, but could also be peculiar to this unique wine.
