The colour is medium gold, with a fine perlage. On the nose chestnuts and honey. In the mouth tasty, with a pronounced sapidity. The aftertaste last for a while.

L’extravertie 2018

The colour is medium straw, with a fine and very persistent perlage. On the nose very expressive, with bread crust and grapefruit notes. In the mouth very savoury. The aftertaste last for a while.

This Champagne Grand Cru Blanc De Blancs Extra Brut is made by Pertois-Lebrun with Chardonnay grapes from Cramant, Le Mesnil-Sur-Oger, Chouilly, Oger, Oiry. Lucente 2021

The colour is deep ruby. On the nose red berry-fruits, cedar wood, licorice. In the mouth modern, fresh with a solid structure. The aftertaste is medium long.

Lucente is made by Frescobaldi at its Tenuta Luce in Montalcino. It is a blend of Sangiovese and Merlot, which prevails in the blend.

Marqués de Riscal Gran Reserva 2016

The colour is deep ruby. On the nose chocolate, prunes, dark berries. In the mouth smooth and full, with a tasty finish and a long aftertaste.

Hacienda Monasterio 2014

The colour is deep ruby with garnet hues. On the nose blueberries, blue cherries, prunes, liquorice, meat. In the mouth smooth, with a savoury lingering aftertaste.

Guvrin Stream 2020

The colour is medium purple. On the nose cherries, anise, dark chocolate, a lot of spices and some menthol notes. In the mouth herbaceous, well balanced, with a pleasantly tasting finish. The aftertaste is pretty long.

Dabuki Feldstein 2021

The colour is pale straw. On the nose citrusy and nutty notes. In the mouth mineral, with a taste of apples and peanuts. The aftertaste is rather short.

Researchers have identified more than 120 grapes indigenous to the geographical area around the Holy Land. These include Biblical era white varieties like Marawi (a.k.a. Hamdani), Jandali and Dabouki, red grapes like Baladi Asmar and Bittuni, and more modern crosses like Argaman (a cross between Carignan and the Portuguese grape Souzao). Heida Veritas 2019

The colour is medium yellow. On the nose nuts, apple, ananas, citrus and banana. In the mouth delicate and balanced, with an orange zest taste that lingers on the palate for a while.

Heida Veritas is made in Visperterminen under the AOC Wallis by St. Jodern Kellerei.

Tribaut Terroirs Premier Cru Extra Brut

The colour is medium gold, with fine, long lingering bubbles. On the nose pastry and creamy notes, with a hint of apricot. In the mouth velvety and tasty. The aftertaste last for a pleasant while.

Tolérance

The colour is medium copper, with fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose bread crust, marzipan and blood oranges. In the mouth this Champagne strongly recall the blood oranges first detected on the nose. The aftertaste is delicious and last for a pleasant while.
