This red wine is made with Listán Negro grapes under the Lanzarote DO. It matured in oak barrels for four months.

Viña Norte Tinto Barrica 2022

The colour is medium purple. On the nose herbaceous and woody. In the mouth agreeably astringent. The aftertaste is medium long.

The phylloxera-free Canaries are among only a few places in the world to have ungrafted vitis vinifera vines. Some are over 200 years old, and many are exclusive to the islands: there are 20 recognized unique grape varieties. Caldera 2023

The colour is pale gold. On the nose peach, cantaloupe, honey. In the mouth tasty and pleasantly refreshing, with an aftertaste that last for quite a while.

Marqués de Riscal Gran Reserva 2016

The colour is deep ruby. On the nose chocolate, prunes, dark berries. In the mouth smooth and full, with a tasty finish and a long aftertaste.

Hacienda Monasterio 2014

The colour is deep ruby with garnet hues. On the nose blueberries, blue cherries, prunes, liquorice, meat. In the mouth smooth, with a savoury lingering aftertaste.

Juvé & Camps Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2018

The colour is medium gold, with fine but very few bubbles. On the nose ginger, lemon, apples, peaches. In the mouth rich, with a rather long aftertaste.

Sei Solo 2012

The colour is deep garnet. On the nose cherries, blueberries, caramel, coffee. In the mouth smooth with a chocolate and toffee flavour. The aftertaste is medium long.

Sei Solo is the results of a project started in 2007 by Javier Zaccagnini, a well-known name of the Ribera del Duero wine scene. Frontón de Oro Vertierra 2020

The colour is pale ruby. On the nose dried figs and blackberries. In the mouth light, with a bitter finish. The aftertaste is short.

This red wine is made with Vijariego grapes under the Gran Canaria DO. Vijariego Negro is a little-known red grape variety indigenous to the Canary Islands. Frontón de Oro Albillo 2021

The colour is pale yellow. On the nose notes of citrus and white flowers. In the mouth medium bodied, well balanced, and pleasant. Unfortunately, the aftertaste is rather short.

This white wine is made under the Gran Canaria Denominación de Origen. This designation’s Canarian wines are produced throughout the whole island.
